Link of the Day: Remembering Terry Fox

Bill Simmons has shared some excellent old YouTube clips since joining Twitter a little while back (follow Simmons @sportsguy33 and me @jonahkeri). But he outdid himself today.

Promoting a cool documentary series called 30 for 30 (@30for30 on Twitter), which features 30 films about the 30-year ESPN era, Simmons noted that Steve Nash (yes, that Steve Nash — and you can follow him @the_real_nash) will be leading the effort on a documentary about Terry Fox. Don’t know who Terry Fox is, or why British Columbia native Steve Nash would want to make a documentary about him?

Then watch this. I cried almost throughout. I’m not sure there’s a Canadian (human?) who can avoid tearing up.
